Daryl spoke to the national landscape, emphasizing housing demand and supply constraints, the effects of inflation on homeownership prospects, and climate concerns when choosing a place to live. Dana focused on the affordable housing picture by presenting findings from the 2024 Terwilliger Center Home Attainability Index.
