Biographie: Yulia is a results-driven Project Manager at Broward Health with a strong background in development, preconstruction, and construction management. She has successfully led ground-up and renovation projects across South Florida and New York, including hospitals, condominiums, luxury hotels, restaurants, office spaces, and retail environments. Her expertise spans budgeting, project coordination, and stakeholder management—working closely with city commissioners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects through to completion and close-out.
