Chuck Brook

Biographie: Chuck Brook is widely recognized as an expert in managing the complexities of large, multi-phase land use plans and initiatives. After serving with the City of Vancouver as Senior Development Planner, where he was involved in a number of major development and rezoning applications, Chuck launched a consulting career in 1988 when he founded Brook Pooni Associates, where he acted as principal for 25 years. Chuck now acts as an independent advisor, specializing in real estate asset strategies, complex negotiations, and project management.
