Claire Bonham-Carter
Biographie: Claire Bonham-Carter, a principal managing AECOM’s Center of excellence for Sustainability and Resilience for the Buildings + Places business line, is a specialist in city climate mitigation and adaptation planning with more than 18 years of experience in the UK, US and internationally. She managed AECOM’s relationship with the 100 Resilient Cities program, through which AECOM supported over 30 cities in the Network. She has been collaborating with Google’s Environmental Insights Explorer since before it’s launch, both with data from the AECOM developed Climate action for URBan sustainability tool (CURB) and ideas on what cities need to help them in climate action planning. She is the co-chair of the Water and Climate Resilience Committee for the San Francisco Bay Area Council and an advisor to the California Resilience Challenge. She has been on the Board of Ecodistricts, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on development of equitable, sustainable and resilient neighborhoods for 6 years.
