Dan Bsharat

Biographie: Dan Bsharat is a co-founder and Managing Director of Hudson Hill Partners, a boutique owner / operator based in New York. The firm’s growing portfolio consists of multifamily, retail and mixed-use assets focused on downtown suburban markets. Dan began his career with Milrose Consultants, securing municipal approvals for large-scale development projects throughout the NY Metro Area. Following an MBA, his next role was at Aerium, a London-based private equity firm, where he completed over a dozen acquisitions and developments deals valued at c. $600m. His most recent experience was at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), deploying over $750m of equity into real estate globally. Dan holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
