David Buffonge

Biographie: David is a Co Founder and Executive Director of Lead8. He is an award-winning architect and urban designer, and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA). David’s extensive experience spans across multiple sectors in architecture and urban design, retail planning, integrated mixed-use design, transit-oriented development and airport terminals. His portfolio notably includes ION Orchard & The Orchard Residences and Changi Airport Terminal 4 in Singapore, and Elements in Hong Kong. David currently heads up Lead8’s architecture team, focusing on the design for large mixed-use and transit-oriented developments. Within the industry, he is an active speaker, previously delivering keynote presentations at MIPIM and Urban Land Institute (ULI) conferences.
