? Evan M. Boris Evan Boris currently serves as Senior Vice President, Investments for Ivanhoé Cambridge US. Ivanhoé Cambridge is one of the world’s largest real estate companies and a subsidiary of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, one of Canada's leading institutional fund managers. Prior to joining Ivanhoé Cambridge US, Mr. Boris served as Trizec Properties’ Senior Vice President, responsible for office property investment activity in the eastern-half of the United States. During his time there, Mr. Boris was instrumental in the development and execution of Trizec’s strategy to concentrate its holdings in seven major U.S. markets. The goal of this campaign was to achieve multiple expansion by improving the portfolio asset quality, credit quality, and liquidity through repositioning and consolidation into primary office markets with better drivers of office employment growth and histories of value appreciation. This strategy reduced Trizec’s portfolio from 50.6 million square feet in sixteen markets to 39.5 million square feet in seven markets and was a critical component to increasing the company’s market capitalization from $1.2 billion to $4.8 billion over approximately four years. Mr. Boris also previously worked in acquisitions at the Yarmouth Group/Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and in the asset management department of The RREEF Funds. Throughout his 20-year career, Mr. Boris has completed more than $10.0 billion of property acquisitions, sales and financial transactions, including such recognizable assets as 3 Bryant Park and 85 Broad Street in New York, Sears Tower (now Willis Tower) and 10 & 120 South Riverside in Chicago, as well as the Watergate Office Building, 1200 K Street and the Waterview development in Washington, DC. Mr. Boris holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
