Thomas Beyerle

Biographie: Prof. Dr. Thomas Beyerle, Managing Director Thomas Beyerle is Managing Director of Catella Property Valuation GmbH and Head of Group Research for the Catella Group. He holds a professorship at Biberach University of Applied Sciences in the Faculty of Business Administration / Construction and Real Estate. He holds a doctorate and degree in geography and studied geography and business administration at the universities of Stuttgart and Mannheim. Over the past 25 years, he has held several management positions in real estate companies, including Dresdner Bank, DEGI, Aberdeen Property Investors and IVG Immobilien AG. He is also a speaker at renowned real estate congresses and the author of numerous articles and textbooks and a lecturer at various European universities. He is a volunteer at gif Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung, of which he was president until April 2022, as well as at the ULI Urban Land Institute and ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss.
