Debbie Cosic

Biographie: Debbie Cosic, Founder & CEO of In2ition Realty, commenced her real estate career in the 1980s after graduating from the University of Toronto. She founded her own company and became a self-made businesswoman in a highly competitive industry. Foreseeing the need for an innovative and dynamic player in the industry, she launched In2ition Realty in 2008. Since inception, she has overseen the sales and marketing of over $20 Billion Dollars of real estate. She is recognized as an astute professional and a fearless industry innovator. Debbie is a member of the board for the Canadian Women’s Council of Real Estate Professionals (CWCREP) and the Toronto Artscape Foundation. She recently completed two terms as a member of the BILD Board of Directors. She has been honoured with multiple business and civic awards for her contribution to both the real estate industry and the community. Debbie is known for her generous spirit, and as someone who has mentored countless professionals. She has successfully assembled a devoted team in whom she has instilled the same passion and values for which she is known.
