Otto Condon

Biographie: Otto Condon has 30 years of experience as a planner and urban/architectural designer working on projects in the US and internationally. He has been extensively involved in guiding master plans for public agencies, private institutions, improvement districts, neighborhood groups, and transit-oriented development across the United States. While living in Boston, Portland, OR, Chicago, and Washington DC, his work on the development of vision plans, public realm design strategies, and development projects has been a catalyst for significant public and private investment, incorporating constructive engagement from numerous stakeholders. His international experiences includes a variety of project types, from Master Planning to Architectural Design. His urban design and planning approach focuses on solutions that address context-leveraged placemaking, triple bottom line sustainability, emphasis on all modes of mobility, and strategic implementation. He has served on Urban Land Institutes Advisory Panels, and presented at numerous conferences including AIA, ASLA, APA, RailVolution, and the Placemaker Leadership Forum.
