Biographie:
Tim Coldwell is a husband, dad and Mohawk entrepreneur on a mission to deliver shared value for First Nations. He has been recognized as a Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year and was one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40®. Tim is an alumnus of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference and has been named one of Construction’s Most Influential People and one of the Most Influential People in Ontario Real Estate. Tim is the President and CEO of Énska Advisors, Canada’s first Indigenous real estate advisory and project governance practice.The firm is retained exclusively by First Nations to originate deals, assemble capital, lead the addition to reserve process, obtain entitlements, and execute projects. As part of that, Énska negotiates partnerships and joint-ventures with project partners to maximize own source revenue, build capacity and create wealth for First Nations. When you get to know, Tim he’ll tell you, “I’m a fan of the musical Hamilton. There’s this line at the end that goes, ‘And when my time is up, have I done enough? Will they tell my story?’ I’m interested in asking, ‘what must we do today so people living seven generations from now will tell our story in a good way?’ We each have a very short time on this earth.
