Diana Feng

Biographie: Diana Feng is a highly experienced real estate legal professional with a strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, mixed-use development law, financing, and leasing. Her current occupation as Vice President of Feng Enterprises allows her to serve a variety of clients, including real estate fund formation in the self-storage sector, to developers, to national private security firms. Diana has previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Gatsby Florida, where she oversaw all acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of new and existing properties, managed staff, and evaluated new real estate opportunities. Diana also practiced real estate law with several national law firms where she specialized in mixed-use real estate master planning, represented and counseled clients in the acquisition and disposition of real property across all asset classes, and advised REIT clients on SEC implications in development, planning, and sales. In addition, Diana has also held other in-house counsel positions, including Swire Properties on the Brickell City Centre project where she drafted and negotiated a variety of real estate documents including the Master Declaration, Condo Declarations, and managed a commercial portfolio of over $500 million in assets. Overall, Diana has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry and is a skilled negotiator and strategic thinker.
