Sean Flannery

Biographie: Sean Flannery is a Managing Director for PCCP. Mr. Flannery is responsible for advising pension plans on their portfolio debt strategies as well as strategic individual financings and JVs. Separately, he is co-leading PCCP’s joint venture investment platform in built-for-rent housing. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Flannery spent three years with Basin Street Properties, a developer and operator of suburban office buildings in California and Nevada. He was a Partner and President responsible for the management four million sf commercial real estate portfolio and $275 million of private equity. Prior to Basin Street, Mr. Flannery spent 26 years with Wells Fargo Bank, primarily in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, and the last few years as a Senior Credit Officer in the Commercial Real Estate Group. In this role he managed credit approvals and portfolio management for the Real Estate Group in the western United States and the Homebuilder Group nationally. Mr. Flannery received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University.
