Andrew Gindy

Biographie: Andrew Gindy is a Senior Principal on the Acquisitions team and leads the sourcing for new investments on behalf of the Firm’s opportunistic and core plus funds as part of the Equity Platform with a focus on West Coast acquisitions across property types and U.S. lodging acquisitions. Mr. Gindy has been involved in direct real estate investments, portfolio transactions, joint-ventures, and developments across North America and Western Europe. Mr. Gindy received a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University with a minor in Real Estate Finance and is a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) Hospitality Investment Roundtable.
