Diane Gormely-Barnes

Biographie: Diane’s consulting work covers the spectrum from strategic and policy planning to detailed design solutions with an emphasis on consensus based, contextually sensitive, integrated planning of transportation infrastructure and land use. Her experience includes a wide range of project types, including: transit-oriented design and development; transit facilities; value capture and financial strategies; grant funding support; neighborhood, downtown and commercial area planning; comprehensive and regional planning; land use and site planning; design guidelines and development standards; economic development and industrial area planning; and architectural design.
