John Gray

Biographie: Mr. Gray is President of LennarSFR (LSFR), the single-family rental arm of Lennar Corporation. Formed in 2020, LSFR provides renters the ability to live in new homes across the United States at affordable prices. The firm currently owns or controls over 6,000 rental homes with over $2.0b of AUM. In December of 2021, LSFR had the final closing of their flagship Upward America Venture, a $1.6b equity vehicle. Prior to LSFR, Mr. Gray served as President of LMC Investments, the investment management arm of Lennar's $9.0b AUM multifamily business. John joined LMC as its second employee in 2011. Before joining Lennar, John was with Crescent Communities and Grandbridge. Mr. Gray is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a member of NMHC and ULI, and is the Vice Chairman of YMCA Camp Thunderbird's board of directors.
