Philip Gallegos

Biographie: As a Senior Associate with HHC’s Capital Markets team, Philip M. Gallegos’ role centers on corporate financing, asset financing and investment initiatives across the U.S. His experience includes development of over 2.3M square feet of office and retail and over 1,800 apartment units in Houston, Texas. In addition to his corporate financing endeavors, his latest project for Howard Hughes is 110 N. Wacker, the company’s joint venture office development with Riverside Investment Development Company. 110 N. Wacker is a 1.5M square foot, LEED Gold, trophy-class office building located in the heart of Chicago. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and is a CFA charterholder.
