Adam Herrin

Biographie: Adam has been active in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years. After his success at Urban Logistics Realty, Adam founded FORMATION with a vision to reshape the industrial investment space. Adam helps oversee all aspects of FORMATION's corporate activities and project specific investment strategy. Adam also served as Senior Managing Director at HFF and Jones Lange Lasalle from 2005 to 2019. In his role at both firms, Adam was the leader of the industrial investment advisory team in the Dallas office where he successfully closed over $8.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout the course of his career. Mr. Herrin is actively involved with a number of professional organizations both locally and nationally and has held leadership roles in each of them. He currently serves as the President of the D/FW Board of NAIOP, Chair of NAIOP E-Commerce Forum, Product Council for Urban Land Institute, and The Real Estate Council. He also holds a position as a Board of Directors for the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association, Southwest Conference Hall of Fame Board, and is an active member of the Rice Alumni Lettermen Association. He holds a BA from Rice University where he was a triple major in Economics, Managerial Studies and Sports Management.
