Brandon Lodge

Biographie: Brandon Lodge’s career began in the civil engineering field experiencing development projects through the lens of the designer, project manager, land planner and developer. Brandon started Lap 7 Development with a 100-acre subdivision in northeast Edmond called High-garden. He quickly moved into commercial development with the successful opening of the first Market Hall in Oklahoma, The 8th Street Market, which won the 2018 ULI Oklahoma Impact Award for Small Scale Rehabilitation and Restoration. Brandon’s next project in downtown Edmond, restored two historic buildings and three additional buildings, into an entertainment district with several restaurants, a bar, brewery and event space. The Icehouse Project also won the 2022 ULI Impact Award. Brandon loves to create unique spaces that build community and contribute to the incredible evolution Oklahoma City is experiencing.
