Justin Levine

Biographie: Mr. Levine joined Levcor, Inc. in 2014. Mr. Levine's responsibilities with Levcor include development management, analyzing acquisition and disposition opportunities, coordinating financing for projects, creating pro formas, coordinating asset due diligence, providing input on construction and leasing decisions, and Levcor business development. Prior to Levcor, Mr. Levine spent five years at The Blackstone Group in New York, NY. At Blackstone, Mr. Levine project managed 15 private equity advisory assignments, collaborating with and managing Blackstone professionals, institutional investors, lawyers and accountants to help raise +$2 billion, identify strategic investment partners and enact M&A transactions for global real estate businesses. Mr. Levine has also spent time working in the technology and media spaces in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business and bachelor of Science in Economics and Communication Studies from Northwestern University. Mr. Levine is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the Urban Land Institute, The International Council of Shopping Centers and the Houston Real Estate Council.
