Biographie: I have served the commercial real estate (CRE) industry for nearly 20 years as a researcher, analyst, consultant, and thought leader. My background in customer satisfaction and tenant experience allows me to view the fundamentals of commercial office building performance through the eyes of the end users--a crucial perspective in the world of work that has shifted dramatically in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. This expertise gives me broad exposure to various CRE personas, from corporate occupiers to institutional investors. This in turn offers me the opportunity to be a frequent keynote speaker and educational presenter at client and industry events. I am also active in multiple industry organizations and contribute frequently to various media outlets and trade publications.
