Vicki Odili
Biographie: Vicki is the co-Director of tp bennett’s Sustainability team, applying her expertise to a diverse range of architecture and interiors projects. As a Passivhaus Certified Designer, she champions sustainable design, addressing the needs of both current and future generations while prioritising the demands we place on our planet. With a strong focus on collaboration, Vicki works alongside design teams to create spaces that are not only environmentally sustainable but also healthy and equitable. She is committed to upskilling industry professionals, empowering them to take meaningful action in response to the climate crisis. Her thought leadership extends beyond the office - she is a regular guest lecturer at universities, has contributed to the ULI Advisory Panel in Berlin, and taken part in the National Saturday Club with the London School of Architecture, advocating for more diverse pathways into the construction industry. Vicki enjoys working alongside clients, occupants, and design teams to refine and elevate their sustainability strategies. She understands the vital role of clear briefs with tangible sustainability targets and metrics, ensuring these objectives are seamlessly integrated into the design process. With a focus on sustainable alternatives, Vicki is driven to influence change within the industry and encourage collective action toward reaching net zero carbon.
