Kenneth Perlman

Biographie: Kenneth Perlman Principal John Burns Real Estate Consulting Kenneth has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry and has directed the analyses of residential and commercial projects throughout the United States including master-planned communities, active adult housing, and high-rise and urban projects. Prior to joining John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Kenneth was a Residential Land Broker with Grubb & Ellis, Vice President for The Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors, and was a Senior Analyst for Hanley Wood Market Intelligence (formerly The Meyers Group). Kenneth has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Planning and a Masters of Business Administration, both from the University of San Diego. Kenneth has been the Chairman of ULI’s Residential Neighborhood Development Council (RNDC) Blue Flight since early 2017.
