Biographie:
Adrian Rocca heads two of Tricon's business lines: Canadian Mutli-Family Rental and US Manufactured Housing Communities. Adrian is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investments as well as managing existing assets across the US and Canada. Mr. Rocca also leads Tricon Development Group, a wholly owned subsidiary which develop purpose-built rental buildings in Toronto. Prior to joining Tricon in 2013, Mr. Rocca was a Director with AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors) in London, UK and also worked with Credit Suisse First Boston as an investment banking associate in Toronto and London. Adrian holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario where he graduated with Distinction.
