Ron Steen

Biographie:
Current Responsibilities Mr. Steen currently serves as Senior Consultant for Healthcare Services Group/ RKS Holdings LLC.. Prior to this he served as Executive Vice President of the Lincoln Harris Corporate Services Group (CSG). Mr. Steen’s responsibilities include the overall operations of Lincoln Harris CSG’s portfolio consisting of approximately 40 core corporate clients with services including project management, facility management, transaction management and development and finance. Mr. Steen is also responsible for new business development and client relations, and is involved in strategic planning, portfolio modeling, and net occupancy cost overviews for several clients including HCA, Piedmont Natural Gas, and Carolinas HealthCare System. Mr. Steen was also instrumental in forming the LH Centurion Healthcare Fund, a privately owned medical real estate investment fund through a joint venture with JP Morgan with assets in excess of $150 million located in North Carolina and Ohio. Mr. Steen brings over twenty-eight years of relevant real estate experience to apply to the business needs of clients that he serves on behalf of the firm. Experience Mr. Steen was a Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company in Atlanta, Georgia from 1994 to 1998. He was primarily responsible for the Bank of America account and the development of the healthcare division which still includes major clients such as HCA and LifePoint Hospital Group. Other responsibilities included property management and leasing, as well as marketing and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Steen was Vice President and REO Group Manager for First Gibraltar Realty Advisors, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. He was responsible for all aspects of the disposition of the real estate owned assets of the Phoenix portfolio totaling approximately $400 million.
