Sandi Silk
Biographie: Sandi is Senior Vice President/Head of Development for Mural Real Estate Partners. Based in Boston, Sandi is Senior Vice President and Head of Development for Mural Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining MURAL, Sandi was the Senior Vice President and Development Parter for Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG), focusing on projects in Boston and Florida. Sandi has deep experience in all aspects of mixed-use and multifamily development and led all development and acquisition activities for JAG in the New England Region. activities in Florida and New England. Prior to joining JAG, Sandi acted as Director of Development for Federal Realty Investment Trust’s mixed use Assembly Row project and served in various development roles at JPI and at Archstone. Formerly, Sandi was a Project Manager with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management (now the Department of Conservation and Recreation). Sandi has been directly involved in the development of more than 2,200 multifamily units in Boston area. Sandi has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Public Policy from Boston University and received a Master of Urban Planning and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle. She has been actively involved in ULI for more than 20 years, serving the Boston/New England District Council in many leadership roles including participation on the Management Committee, Advisory Board, and Programs Committee and serving for many years as the co-chair of the Urban Plan Steering Committee. She has chaired and participated in several local Technical Assistance Panels and is actively engaged in both the Housing and Economic Development and WLI Local Product Councils. Sandi currently serves as Boston/New England District Council Chair through 2025. Sandi is involved in numerous other community and industry organizations, serving on the Real Estate Investment Committee for The Community Builders and co-chair of Town of Brookline Economic Development Advisory Board. Sandi is married and has one daughter and 2 rescue pups from her home state of Texas.
