Stephen Sotoloff

Biographie: Stephen Sotoloff is a Partner and the Head of Acquisitions for Walton Street Capital, LLC, a private real estate investment company based in Chicago. Mr. Sotoloff is responsible for the strategic direction, investment and management of Walton Street and is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. His investment experience spans opportunistic and core-plus equity as well as high-yield debt transactions within the U.S. and abroad, including the acquisition, development and redevelopment of office, lodging, retail, industrial, for-sale residential and mixed-use assets. Mr. Sotoloff received a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
