Valentina Shegoyan

Biographie: Valentina is the Founding Partner of OPREIM, a pioneering real estate venture that bridges private equity and venture capital with the property sector. OPREIM supports emerging real estate asset managers and incubates real estate platforms with value-creation potential through active management. Before founding OPREIM, Valentina spent 20 years in real estate private equity, investment banking, and venture capital, holding roles at firms such as Stonehage Fleming, MGPA Limited, UBS Investment Bank, and Second Century Ventures. Valentina holds an MBA from INSEAD (France and Singapore) and a Master’s degree in Mathematical Methods of Economic Analysis from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Russia).
