Alexandra Toteva
Biographie: Alexandra Toteva is the Managing Director of Planning and Design Implementation at the Harvard Allston Land Company (HALC), where she oversees planning, design, permitting, placemaking, and sustainability efforts for the development of the Enterprise Research Campus in Allston. Prior to joining HALC, she was at Sasaki, an international interdisciplinary design firm, where her practice focused on master planning of large scale domestic and international projects both in the private as well as the public sectors. Before Sasaki, Alexandra worked on numerous publications with real estate economist Karl “Chip” Case. She is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW Boston) as well as of the Urban Land Institute where she serves as the vice-chair of the Technology in Real Estate Council and is a member of the Boston Urban Development Council. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Economics from Wellesley College.
