Darrell Thomas

Biographie: Darrell is the Founding Principal of Strategic Realty Partners, LLC. SRP specializes in opportunistic, value-add real estate development and investment opportunities with the goal of being an economic development catalyst within the community of acquisition. Prior to the founding of Strategic Realty Partners, Darrell served as Principal of Ciropic Development and Construction and on the Board of Advisors of Epic Community Impact Fund. He has also served as Director of Real Estate Acquisitions for the Atlanta Housing Authority. Darrell has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience that includes acquisitions, brokerage, development, investments and leasing. Darrell is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (Redevelopment & Reuse Product Council), Leadership Georgia and a United States Marine Corp Veteran. • Bachelors of Science: Community Development, Central Michigan University • Masters of Professional Studies: Community and Economic Development, Penn State University
