Curt Upton

Biographie: Curt Upton is a City Planning Manager with the City and County of Denver. He oversees the long range planning, plan implementation, and special projects teams within the Community Planning and Development department. Over his 20 year career in urban planning and development, Curt has led multiple transformative planning projects along transit corridors with an emphasis on equitable access to opportunity and managing change to benefit communities.
