Alan Aschenbrenner
Biography: Alan Aschenbrenner Senior Vice President - Development Alan brings 20 years of experience envisioning and designing urban, healthy mixed-use projects, masterplanned communities, multi-family and single family homes, as well as retail and cultural projects across the United States and internationally. At Cambridge, he guides project visioning; creates conceptual designs; provides architectural stewardship, assuring consistent design execution throughout the project development process; and plans and executes development strategies and projects in all markets while supporting the finance, leasing and marketing teams. Most recently, Alan was a partner with 505Design and focused much of his work on building new business and on crafting and executing idea-based project visioning for developments like oneC1TY Nashville. He has deep understanding of the qualities that make places both remarkable and memorable as well as the skill set to help deliver on the vision. Alan holds a Masters of Architecture from Miami University. He is a member of the ULI Community Development Council (gold flight), a graduate of Leadership Charlotte class 20 and a former AmeriCorps Volunteer. Alan’s most rewarding experience was a 3-year stint as a stay-at-home dad for his newborn twins and 3-year old.
