Biography:

Barry is a senior managing director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 38 years of experience in the real estate investment banking business as an advisor and transactional agent. He was part of the team that established the investment sales group within HFF and is co-head of JLL’s National Retail Practice Group. Barry has handled real estate asset sales for major corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners totaling more than $17 billion, and has placed more than 100 million square feet of real estate throughout his career. Barry started at HFF in 1996. Prior to that, he was a commercial real estate broker with a Dallas-based real estate firm. Member Directory
