Lorry Lynn
Biography: Lorry is EVP of Product Development for the largest proprietary database and software solutions company in residential new construction. Her responsibilities are to set a product vision and strategy for various audiences on a variety of platforms within the space. She evaluates new technology solutions, researches workflow and customer journeys throughout the real estate process, and works closely with UX/UI Designers, Engineers, Sales and Marketing as well as the C Suite to ensure the company is on the cutting edge of technology solutions to support the business and industry. Her extensive experience in leadership, operations, data management, research, sales, and marketing enable her to approach product development strategy with a holistic perspective. Prior to her role in real estate data technology, Lorry’s served as a Principal in Advisory at RCLCO, Market Strategy Advisors and Meyers Group, focusing on providing strategic guidance for master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, resorts, in-fill and reuse opportunities through highest and best use analyses, market opportunity analyses, market and product segmentation analyses, consumer research, financial analyses, and overall feasibility analysis. She has also served as President at Meyers Group and Chief Operating Officer at Hanley Wood Market Intelligences. She successfully owned and operated a boutique consulting firm, Market Strategy Advisors, where much of her work was concentrated on becoming a key stakeholder in the identification and implementation of corporate strategic initiatives and as acquisition, planning, and disposition of residential and resort community development.
