Brandy Burdeniuk

Biografía: Based in Toronto, I am a dedicated professional and community builder focused on creating healthy, equitable, and resilient communities. With nearly two decades of senior leadership and real estate industry experience, I am committed to engaging with diverse audiences to future-proof investments and mitigate risk. I bring with me extensive experience leading sustainability-focused initiatives across Canada including building the business case for green building and LEED projects in lockstep with market and stakeholder engagement. All while developing and delivering various educational offerings, both in person and virtually for post-secondary institutions, industry events & conferences. An accomplished and agile strategist, my focus has included shaping growth, innovation, marketing and sales initiatives, targeting sustainability, building performance, and public policy. I am known to be a high-energy, hands-on team builder and have been an active representative at board, executive and industry association levels.
