Kyle Bolden

Biografía: Kyle Bolden is the Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction (RHC) Leader for EY’s East Region. In this role, he oversees RHC’s assurance, consulting, strategy and transactions, and tax service lines. Kyle is responsible for driving RHC’s growth strategy and helping RHC companies navigate the fast-changing market. He has nearly 25 years of experience working with public and private owners, developers, sponsors, managers, and lenders of all sizes and across nearly all sectors of the real estate industry. Kyle has held numerous client-service and area leadership roles, serving as the New York real estate EY Private Leader and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Leader for all industry sectors, including RHC, as well as a lead client-service partner on some of EY’s largest real estate clients in the East and Central regions. As a member of the RHC Americas leadership team, Kyle routinely leads discussions on the biggest opportunities and challenges facing the industry today, including the state of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, technology, and various ESG initiatives—climate and sustainability reporting, social impact and diversity, equity, and inclusiveness.
