He is an urban planner with extensive public and private sector experience and possesses strategic insight and problem solving ability to execute the most challenging of real estate and planning projects. Having served in senior positions in public planning agencies and major real estate development firms, Mr. Burke has demonstrated knowledge and expertise to deal with complex real estate and planning issues and formulate innovative solutions. In addition to his technical skills in project planning, feasibility assessment, permitting and entitlements, master planning, development, and quantitative analysis, Mr. Burke has a record of achievement resolving diverse and often competing priorities across multiple constituencies and jurisdictions.
