Anthony Corriggio
Biografía: Anthony Corriggio is a Managing Director at Siguler Guff and joined the Firm in 2009. Mr. Corriggio is a member of the Firm’s distressed real estate investment team and is involved in developing the distressed real estate investment strategy, identifying and selecting investment opportunities, negotiating and structuring fund and co-investment platforms, and executing real estate investment transactions. He is a member of the Investment Committees for the Firm's Distressed Real Estate Opportunities Funds. Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Mr. Corriggio was a Senior Analyst at Coeus Capital Management LLC, a long/short equity hedge fund, where he led fundamental research and trading analyses for the firm’s investments in the real estate and transportation sectors. Previously, Mr. Corriggio served as the Chief Financial Officer of The St. Joe Company, a multi-billion dollar publicly traded residential and commercial land developer. At the St. Joe Company, he directed the finance, accounting and information technology support functions for the company’s development operations and real estate portfolio investments. Prior to joining The St. Joe Company, Mr. Corriggio was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Real Estate where he worked for six years in both principal and advisory capacities. As an acquisitions officer, he led underwriting and analysis for numerous asset and portfolio investments on behalf of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate private equity opportunity funds, as well as the firm’s real estate core and value-added funds. Mr. Corriggio started his career at Morgan Stanley Real Estate as an investment banking coverage and execution officer and was responsible for the successful execution of numerous strategic advisory and capital markets transactions on behalf of multiple clients. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Corriggio was a Captain in the United States Air Force where he served for over five years as a Civil Engineering Officer, earning several leadership awards. Mr. Corriggio graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania’s Management and Technology undergraduate dual degree program. Mr. Corriggio holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Engineering (Civil Engineering Systems) from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science. Mr. Corriggio also holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
