Brad Chelton

Biografía: Brad Chelton is the President for Brookfield Residential, Texas which is a leading North American land developer and home builder with operations in eleven major markets. Mr. Chelton is responsible for the Texas land and housing operations which consist of roughly 9,000 residential lots that are actively under development in some of the most desirable Austin area sub markets as well as a housing platform that delivers 500+ closings per year. Prior to working with Brookfield, Mr. Chelton was the Regional Director for Waypoint Homes where he was responsible for initiating the emerging institutional single family rental platforms in Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. An active participant in the development and construction industry, Mr. Chelton serves on the Board of Directors for the Valley Partnership and is on the Maricopa Association of Governments Transportation Policy Committee. Brad is also active with the Urban Land Institute at the local and national levels serving on multiple committees including the national Community Development Council. Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana as well as a Certificate in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He and his wife Sarah have three daughters.
