Shaman Chellaram

Biografía: Based in Hong Kong, Shaman Chellaram has 17 years experience in the real estate industry across Asia and Europe. As Senior Director at Colliers, he advises clients across the hotel & commercial real estate sectors in Hong Kong and key international markets. He works with hotel owners, hotel operators, family offices, PERE funds, institutions and developers. Key services include brand and operator selection, market and feasibility studies, strategic market entry, asset repositioning and enhancement, and M&A advisory. He is a member of the ULI Hospitality Development Council, the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & International Chapter (CRECCHKI) and Vice-Chairman of the BritCham Real Estate Committee. He is a licensed member of the HK EAA (Hong Kong Estate Agents Authority) and qualified in 'Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management' from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
