Stephen Conley

Biografía: Mr. Conley is an Executive Managing Director in Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Washington, DC office, and has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate and related experience. As one of nine members of HFF's Operating Committee, Mr. Conley is responsible for the overall direction of the firm's 17 offices throughout the nation. Mr. Conley was instrumental in forming the Investment Sales Group in order to create a compreshensive team of financial, research and production professionals who serve the investment strategies of institutional clients. Since this time the team has executed over $5.4 billion in commercial real estate transactions. In 1999, the team chartered the Washington, DC office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in order to expand the array of services offered to clients through the use of a fully integrated national capital markets-based platform. He remains jointly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Washington, DC office. Mr. Conley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
