J. Paul DeMyer

Biografía: J. Paul DeMyer is a former Partner of Kenneth Leventhal & Company where he founded the firms Hospitality Consulting Services practice and built it into one of the worlds premier real estate consulting groups. During his tenure, Mr. DeMyer was involved in literally thousands of projects throughout the world including hotels, resorts, retail malls, restaurants and clubs, theme parks,entertainment centers, mixed-use facilities, sports recreation complexes and convention/civic centers. His many clients included developers such as Walt Disney, The Irvine Company, Kajima and Trammell Crow; financial instiutions such as Morgan Stanley, Mitsubishi Bank, The Long Term Credit Bank of Japan and Westinghouse Credit; and hotel and gaming companies such as Ceasars World, Hyatt, ITT Sheraton, Loews, The Trump Organization and Westin Hotels & Resorts. Mr. DeMyer was previously with Laventhol & Horwath and Inter-Continental Hotels, and is a frequent speaker at conferences sponsored by the Urban Land Institute, the American Hotel & Motel Association and other industry organizations.
