Kevin Davenport

Biografía: Kevin Davenport is a Senior Vice President of Development at Swire Properties responsible for Swire's five-million-square-foot U.S. development pipeline. Kevin was previously Senior Vice President of Development at Brookfield Properties where his primary contributions were focused on multifamily development in New York City including responsibility for Greenpoint Landing, a five-tower master-planned mixed-income rental development on the Brooklyn waterfront. Kevin also spent six years as part of project development team overseeing Manhattan West, a seven-million-square-foot mixed-use development in the Hudson Yards District of Manhattan including the Eugene, an 844-unit mixed-income rental, the Pendry Hotel, 250 thousand square feet of retail, and five million square feet of office space. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Kevin was with the Blackstone Group focusing on strategic real estate advisory mandates and capital raising efforts including the formation of BREP VII, Blackstone’s $13.3 billion flagship real estate fund. Kevin’s prior experience also includes asset management and acquisitions activities with Hines Interests. Kevin received a B.A. in Economics, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.
