Biografía:
Mark is the Owner of 48 Development Company, a real estate development, investment and consulting business that focuses on collaborating with a variety of partners on infill projects. He spent 15 years working as a Partner for his family's business, Davis Enterprises, which his grandfather started in 1948. Mark developed many retail and office sites in the Phoenix area as well as throughout Arizona, with more to come. Mark is a graduate from Santa Clara University and is currently a vice-chair of the Urban Land Institute AzTAP committee. He is also an active member of Phoenix Community Alliance and Valley Partnership. Mark has formerly served on the City of Mesa Planning Advisory Committee for the West Main Street Area Plan, City of Phoenix Uptown District Steering Committee, and as a board member for multiple neighborhood associations. In 2017, Mark became a Fellow of the Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy. The Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy is sponsored by the Flinn Foundation and the Thomas R. Brown Foundations to help expand the cadre of Arizonans in state-level civic leadership positions with the knowledge, skills, and commitment to address the state’s critical long-term issues. Through these networking opportunities, Mark has great insight into future market trends of the Valley and the unique requirements of urban development.
