Peter DiPrinzio

Biografía: In 2015, I started as the manager of a food hall that was just an idea, at a development firm just crazy enough to open one. The process of designing, leasing, and opening it inspired almost a decade of creative real estate development work at Seawall. As we grew from a few employees to a few dozen, I tackled projects from a historic armory renovation to mixed-use multifamily to a new 65-vendor public market. In nine years, I led $250M of development across asset classes, negotiated 70+ commercial leases, and officially became a partner in 2020. The ULI community has strengthened our work over the years, and two of my projects ultimately won ULI Wavemaker awards. Seeking new challenges and opportunities, I recently moved to Lisbon to slowly transition from Seawall to starting my own development company in Portugal – which I'm in the process of launching. With the beautiful old buildings of Lisbon as a canvas, it will focus on bringing them back to life and infusing them with creative placemaking to delight its denizens, old and new.
