Ari Erlichman

Biografía: Ari Erlichman has a 13 years of real estate institutional investments experience. Ari started in French REITS as a real estate asset manager and then as an acquisition director, buying and repositioning large European malls (2bn Euros). Ari went on to create a company that introduces UHNWI to institutional investors, working from resort development in Brazil to deal structuring in France. Ari then joined Disneyland Paris as Head of Resort Development and Special Projects, working on maintaining DLP as the premier tourist destination in Europe by building hotels, a lifestyle center, an arena, a train station, and more. Ari now works for a start-up aiming to base real estate operations on customer experience, conceiving useful projects for communities. This includes winning public bids to (re)develop neighborhoods and developing mixed-used projects. Ari joined ULI in 2006, where he re-launched ULI Young Leaders France, served as Chair for several years, and helped create ULI NEXT France in 2018. During his time with ULI, Ari has joined several councils such as Europe Hotels and YL Europe. Ari’s main ULI achievements are the recruitment of dozens of YL members and the organization of many events including a YL summer school in Disneyland Paris and in Brussels.
