Biografía: BIO: Marisa Gaither Director, Real Estate Transactions National Capital Revitalization Corporation (NCRC) Ms. Gaither is the Director of Real Estate Transactions for the National Capital Revitalization Corporation (NCRC). At NCRC, Ms. Gaither oversees a development team that manages a diverse portfolio of urban projects with a combined TDC of over $250M, including multifamily residential, office, retail and other commercial uses. In this capacity, Ms. Gaither is responsible for deal structuring, program development and predevelopment activities. Prior to joining the NCRC, Ms. Gaither worked as a Senior Consultant for RCLCo, LLC, a real estate consulting firm that provides market and financial advisory services to landowners, developers and government agencies. Ms. Gaither managed consulting engagements at RCLCo, specializing in the development of retail, residential, office and hotel developments in both the local and national markets. In addition, Ms. Gaither previously worked for the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC), a financial intermediary for affordable housing and community development. Ms. Gaither attended the University of California at Berkeley where she graduated Suma cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies and received a Masters in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
