Vanessa Gelado

Biografía: Vanessa Gelado holds the position of Senior Managing Director of Hines in Spain. She is responsible for all the company's activities, including transaction execution and the management of acquisitions, new developments, divestments, and fee services across all real estate sectors. Prior to joining Hines, Vanessa was Investment Director at Neinver. Previously, she worked for almost a decade at real estate firms such as Tishman Speyer in London and Drago Capital in Madrid, after starting out in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Vanessa graduated from ICADE (Comillas Pontifical University) in Business Administration and obtained an MBA degree from Columbia Business School in New York. She also teaches the Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the School of Architecture and Design at IE Business School in Madrid and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Women in Real Estate Spain (WIRES).
