Cary Hirschstein

Biografía: Cary Hirschstein serves as a Partner at HR&A Advisors, where he specializes in the management of large-scale urban development and real estate advisory services to public, private, and nonprofit institutions. He leads the structuring of effective policies and programs supporting economic development, environmental sustainability and resiliency, and is a nationally-recognized expert on economic incentives policy. Cary holds a Bachelors degree from Cornell University, and a Masters of Urban Planning from New York University.
