Elizabeth Holland

Biografía: Elizabeth I. Holland is the Chief Executive Officer of Abbell Associates, a seventy-seven year old private real estate investment, development and management company with an approximately 5.2 million/sf portfolio, comprised of shopping center, office, and enclosed mall properties. She is responsible for overseeing all business and legal matters, including development, financing, leasing, capital improvements, and investor and tenant relations. Ms. Holland is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers, currently serving as Past Chairman (2017-2018); Chairman (2016-2017); and the first Vice Chairman (2015-2016) of the Board of Trustees. Liz is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable. In January 2017, Liz was elected to the Board of Trustees of Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRT) and in November 2017 was elected to the Board of VICI Properties, Inc., a REIT owner of gaming and other experiential real estate.
